2. What You Are Purchasing

The Later Life Dream Business Validator is a digital assessment product. On purchase you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire. On completion you will receive a personalised report delivered immediately on screen and by email, along with a downloadable quote card.

The report is generated using artificial intelligence based on your answers. It is delivered digitally and instantly upon completion of the assessment.

3. Delivery and Access

Your report is delivered immediately on screen on completion of the assessment and sent to the email address you provide at checkout. It is also available to download as a PDF from the results screen.

If you do not receive your report by email within one hour of completion, please contact us at carla@theafterfiveshift.com and we will resend it.

4. No Refund Policy

Because the report is an instantly delivered personalised digital product, we are unable to offer refunds once the assessment has been completed and the report generated. This is consistent with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has been supplied and to which you have given prior consent.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from receiving your report, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The After Five Shift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this product or reliance on its content.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
